Lead Management User Interface Facelift

I’m pleased to report that new interface improvements have been completed today intended to make working with leads quicker and simpler:

  • Improved handling of how pages are displayed should allow the browser to cache more effectively and therefore improve speed.
  • New improved search leads layout.
  • ‘Quick View’ feature within search leads to get a summary view of a lead and perform actions without leaving the search leads screen.
  • Search leads page now holds the current page if you browse away from it. For example if you view on a lead on page 5 of results and then click back to search leads, you’ll still be on page 5.
  • Removal of ‘page resubmit warning’ after performing lead actions and clicking ‘back’.
  • New button controls for performing actions on leads.
  • Search box on partner statement page to search for particular transactions.
  • New ‘copy’ feature for bots.

Sometimes just small improvements in the way data and elements are laid out and highlighted makes a huge difference to usability, and I hope these minor changes will do just that.
