360 users will know that when an email, text message or letter is sent or received, or when notes or tasks are created, they are displayed in time order on the lead summary screen. This allows the user to see, at a glance, a history of correspondence with the customer.
From today, clicking the ‘Show Actions’ button will also reveal all user and system actions, such as changing a lead’s type, status or introducer, referring the lead, or starting/stopping a bot, etc..

Behind the scenes, a thorough security auditing system has also been introduced. This system records and date stamps all data changes and the associated user/IP address. The data is then available for audit tracing on special request. By retaining audit trails, we are helping our customers to comply with data protection and industry specific legislation. Audit tracing is available subject to an administration fee (although, of course, the action history described above is available free of charge).
