Instant Activation for Test Drives

Free 14-day test drives of FLG 360 have been available for a while now, but now test drives are activated instantly.

Once the test driver has completed a short form on the 360 site, and chosen a plan, number of users and hostname, an email will be sent almost immediately with sign-in details.  The test drive is then available for the full 14 days.

Mixed bag of small (but useful!) feature updates

Along with today’s launch of the lead actions feature, there’s a few smaller updates by popular request:

  • ‘Remember Me’ option on sign-in.  Up until now, a user needed to sign-in every time they restarted their browser.  Now, by ticking the ‘Remember Me’ box when signing in, the user will stay signed-in for 20 days, even when the browser is closed down.  360 must have been the only application on the net not to have this option -  but all is fixed now!
  • Templates are ordered by both type (email, SMS, letter), and now lead group on the ‘Manage Templates’ screen.
  • New ‘Copy’ option on the ‘Manage Lead Types’ screen for fast duplication of lead types.
  • When partners send a message through the ‘Send Message’ option within the partner portal, if the message relates to a particular lead and that lead is assigned to a user, the message is registered as a task rather than emailed to the nominated notification user.
  • Improved CSV import tool.

See all lead actions in context with contact history

360 users will know that when an email, text message or letter is sent or received, or when notes or tasks are created, they are displayed in time order on the lead summary screen.  This allows the user to see, at a glance, a history of correspondence with the customer.

From today, clicking the ‘Show Actions’ button will also reveal all user and system actions, such as changing a lead’s type, status or introducer, referring the lead, or starting/stopping a bot, etc..

Behind the scenes, a thorough security auditing system has also been introduced.  This system records and date stamps all data changes and the associated user/IP address.  The data is then available for audit tracing on special request.  By retaining audit trails, we are helping our customers to comply with data protection and industry specific legislation.  Audit tracing is available subject to an administration fee (although, of course, the action history described above is available free of charge).

Update Leads in Bulk & New Conversion Summary

Today a couple of new features have been rolled out:

  • A new lead conversion summary on the user’s front page. This summarises the conversion status of all leads assigned to the user and provides one-click access to the ‘Search Leads’ page listing assigned leads at each stage.
  • Bulk Actions tool. Access this feature at the bottom of the ‘Search Leads’ page.  First, broadly filter the leads you need to action, then within ‘Bulk Actions’, fine tune the leads you need the actions performed on.  Then choose to Self Assign, Invalidate, Refer, Change Status, Change User or Change Introducer of all leads with 1 click!
